Program Description

Zumba® is a dance fitness class with Latin and World Rhythms! It feels like a journey around the world in Dance. Zumba® mixes low-intensity and high-intensity dance moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance party! Once the once the music takes over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Come dance with us!

March 18, 25 and April 1, 8, 15, 22 (6 classes; $60)

Wednesdays 6:30pm-7:30pm:
March 20, 27 and April 3, 10, 17, 24 (6 classes, $60)

SESSION 2

Mondays 6:30pm-7:30pm:
April 29 and May 6, 13, 20 (4 classes; $40)

Wednesdays 6:30pm-7:30pm:
May 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 (5 classes, $50)
