Program Description

Adult Group Fitness Class designed to develop and improve muscular strength, cardio endurance, balance, flexibility, coordination, and more through a variety of exercise formats.

Eligible Ages
18+ (based on the first day of the session)

Available Sessions
The entirety of 2024 is scheduled in advance.  You may register for one or more sessions when completing your registration process.

Mondays and Thursdays // 5pm – 6pm
Registration Fee - $60 PER SESSION (e.g. if you register for 3 sessions, it will be $180)
Options:

• Session 1:  01/08/24 – 02/19/24 (no class 01/15/24)
• Session 2:  02/26/24 - 04/11/24 (no class 04/01/24 & 04/08/24)
• Session 3:  04/15/24 - 05/23/24
• Session 4:  06/03/24 - 07/18/24  (no class 7/1/24 & 7/4/24)
• Session 5:  07/29/24 – 08/15/24 (6-class mini-session -- $30)
• Session 6:  09/05/24 – 10/24/24 (no class 10/14/24)
• Session 7:  10/28/24 – 12/16/24 (no class 10/31/24, 11/11/24, & 11/28/24)

Saturdays // 9am 10am
Registration Fee - $30 PER SESSION (e.g. if you register for 3 sessions, it will be $90)

• Session 2:  03/02/24 - 04/13/24 (no class 03/30/24)
• Session 3:  04/20/24 – 06/01/24 (no class 04/27/24)
• Session 4:  06/08/24 – 07/20/24 (no class 07/06/24)
• Session 5:  08/01/24 – 08/17/24 (3-class mini-session - - $15)
• Session 6:  09/01/24 – 10/12/24
• Session 7:  10/26/24 – 12/14/24 (no class 11/16/24 & 11/30/24)

Wednesdays (Adult Fitness: Cardio Dance) // 5pm - 6pm
Registration Fee  - $40 PER SESSION
Options:

• Session 1: 10/02/24 – 11/20/24 (8 classes)

Additional Notes
Please bring a yoga mat (we do have a few available to loan if you are unable). 

Refund Policy

Any refund that is issued will be subject to a $10.00 administrative fee.
