Program Information

Hereford Zone Ladies Tennis is doubles tennis play. Sign up as a single - you do not need to sign up with a partner. All skill levels are available, from beginner to advanced. Once assigned to a team (based on skill level and your schedule), you will play one day/night per week. The program is for women, 18 and over (18 as of September 1, 2020).

The season begins on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 with 7 weeks of play (allow 2 extra weeks for rain/cancellations). League play will end on Monday, November 9, 2020

Morning teams begin play at 9:30 AM
Evening teams begin play at 7:00 PM

Registration Cost

$25.00 per player (Returning and New)
$5.00 per Substitutes (NO need to register as a substitute if you are registering to play on a team)

Fall Returning Player Registration

Due to COVID cancellation of our Spring league, the fall teams will be based on spring team assignments. Players already received an e-mail with their Spring Team Assignment. If you already registered for the spring session, and plan to play on that team this fall, you do not need to do anything at this time.  If your schedule and plans have changed please email Ellen DiMayo for a refund of your fees, or to explore other placement options.  

If you had not registered prior to the spring deadline, then, In order to keep your position, you MUST register by August 17, 2020. After August 17, 2020, your spot may be offered to new players that wish to join the league. Contact Ellen with questions, or if you have missed the deadline (but still wish to play).

New Player Registration

The registration period for new players will be  August 10 through August 25, 2020.

Player Types

Returning Players
Have a specific team number for which they will register.

New Players
Do not pay in advance as Ellen needs to find you an appropriate opening (need your skill level and availability).

Substitutes
Only indicate skill level and/or multiple team numbers.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued after September 1, 2020. Any refund that is issued will be subject to a $5.00 administrative fee.
