The Hereford Zone Recreation and Parks Council serves the northern Baltimore County area with a wide variety of activities for children and adults. The HZRPC is a non-profit organization qualified under IRS section 501(c)(3).

Details: Hereford Wrestling is committed to the highest caliber coaching, dedication and sportsmanship and offers the following youth programs:
- Clinic for ages 5-6 (and some 1st year 7-year olds)
- Elementary for 1st-4th graders (and some 1st year 5th graders)
- Middle for 5th-9th graders (15 and under)
Who Can Participate: Children ages 5 through 15. Their age is determined as of their age on December 1, 2024.
Note: 9th graders who plan on wrestling for their High School teams are not eligible to participate. This is a Recreation Wrestling program.
Location: The program gathers in the Hereford High School Wrestling Room.
Practices:
Practices are between the hours of 5:30 PM and 8:00 PM during the week.
Middle School/MJWL will practice Monday, Wednesday and occasionally Fridays from 6:00 PM to 7:45 PM.
Elementary will practice Tuesday and Thursdays from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
Clinic will practice Tuesday and Thursdays from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM
Length of Session: The session runs from November 11, 2024 through Mid-March 2025. Enrollment is open until December 22, 2025.
School Availability: If Baltimore County schools are closed for any reason (all day or they close early), the Wrestling Room is not available and Wrestling will be canceled.
Early Registration Cost (Through Sept. 30th)
Clinic - $90 per wrestler
Elementary and Middle - $110 per wrestler
Late Registration Cost (Starting Oct. 1st)
Clinic - $100 per wrestler
Elementary and Middle - $140 per wrestler

No refunds will be issued.
