Online Registration: All players will be registering online at Players previously registered with LTRC Basketball will not need to provide proof of age (because proof of age is already on file). Online registration ends Sept. 30th . New players to the program will not be officially registered until proof of age is received. Proof of age may be e-mailed to or snail mailed to:

Note: If you have previously registered online with Stone Alley for either LTRC Youth Baseball or LTRC Basketball and your player has already had their age validated, that will again apply to the Winter 2023-24 basketball season as well (IF you are using the same account that you used when previously registering for an LTRC activity).

Player's age is determined as of 09/01/2023 and all registrations received on a first come, first served basis.

Registration Fees*

$10.00 late fee per player assessed after 09/30/2023. 
(Late fee is applied to all registrations received on or after October 1, 2023.)

If you are selecting Travel, you will pre-pay the $225.  If you child does not make the travel team, that $225 will be refunded.

Volunteers Needed:

Our program thrives on the dedication and enthusiasm of volunteers, particularly head coaches. The success of individual leagues hinges on the availability of sufficient coaches. Without enough head coaches, we risk having to cancel a league.  We urge you to consider volunteering as a head coach for your child’s in-house and/or travel league. 

In addition to head coaches, we are also seeking league commissioners. As a commissioner, you will be tasked with the administration of the leagues. This includes assisting with evaluations, participating in draft night, and scheduling games. Prior to the season, you can expect a weekly commitment of approximately 4-6 hours. Once the games commence, this
reduces to about 1-2 hours per week.

Sponsorship Information:

If you can identify any business that could sponsor the program, please complete that information. Sponsorships are $250 and the business will be advertised on the website.

Reporting Dates for Evaluations/Travel Tryouts:

Check the website for in-house evaluations and travel tryouts. All players are expected to attend the in-house evaluations. Those trying out for travel teams must attend a tryout on the dates listed. Please confirm the dates on the back of this form at our website in case of a needed change. No other notification will be provided. All travel team players (boys & girls)
must be registered and play regularly in the LTRC in-house program.

Refund Policy

There will be NO REFUNDS unless a request with explanation for such a refund is made in writing and postmarked or delivered by December 1, 2022 to:

Refund requests submitted in accordance with the terms above will be subject to review and approval by the LTRC Basketball Board of Directors on a case by case basis and will only be processed and paid if approved. Refunds will be allowed only for extraordinary circumstances such as changes in health, relocation of residence, or ineligibility under LTRC Basketball Rules. Refunds will not be granted for schedule conflicts or participation/registration with another activity, team or organization. Any approved refund will be subject to a $10.00 administrative fee and shall occur AFTER all registrations for the current season have been processed.
