PROGRAM INFORMATION

The Adult Softball program is a recreational league for ages 18 and older. (Players must be 18 as of May 1, 2024.) Spring Games begin in mid-May and run through mid-August. Fall games begin in late-August and run through mid-November.

Plans are being made for the 2024 Slow Pitch Softball season. We will use Reisterstown Region Park as our home field. Men’s leagues will be organized on Monday and Wednesday nights.
 
Below you will find a team registration form, which must be completed and returned to league chairperson, Tom Harrington at the address listed below. Alternately you can register your team and pay online at StoneAlley - www.stonealley.com

Spring 2024
After April 1, 2024
For Spring 2024 -- pay your fees by April 1, 2024 to reserve your spot and receive a $100 discount.
League fees are due at time of registration $375.00 before April 1 and $475.00 on or after April 1.  Checks are to be made payable to: LTRC.
 
Fall 2024
After August 1, 2024
For Fall 2024 -- pay your fees by August 1, 2024 to reserve your spot and receive a $100 discount.
League fees are due at time of registration $375.00 before August 1 and $475.00 on or after August 1.  Checks are to be made payable to: LTRC.

No team will be admitted to the league until ALL fees are paid. 
  • The league fees cover 1 dozen softballs, bases, field maintenance, league equipment and awards.  Each league will be limited to 6 teams.
  • Tom will communicate primarily by email, so I need an email contact for your team. If you don’t have an email
    address, please try to pick an assistant on the team with an email address to facilitate communication.  Please adjust
    your spam filters to allow for free communication.
  • Umpire fees are to be paid before each doubleheader $45.00 per team/per doubleheader for both Men’s 3-Pitch and Co-Ed doubleheaders.
  • League rules are available on request and will be distributed at the league meeting. Time limits will keep us at 6 innings, 3 pitch format games. League rules will be strictly enforced.
  • A league meeting will be held April 22, 2024 at the Seminary Park Pavilion. Important information, including league finances, forfeit policy, rules, and umpires, will be discussed at this meeting. It is mandatory that you have a representative at this meeting. The meeting will begin at 7:00pm for all programs.
  • Leagues are expected to begin is the week of Monday April 29 or May 6, 2024. If you have any questions, call or email Tom Harrington.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued (except in the event that the COVID-19 pandemic prevents the spring season from happening).
