PLEASE NOTE CARROLL MANOR DANCE IS LOCATED IN PHOENIX, MARYLAND (NOT FREDERICK)

Registration is processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please enroll your child in the appropriate age level. Any exception to this policy will be made after the first class and with approval of the class instructor. As always, class days/times are subject to change, depending on enrollment.

Age is determined as of the first day of the session.

REFUND POLICY
A processing fee will be charged to ALL refunds.

• Fall/Winter Program - Once costumes are ordered NO REFUNDS will be given.
• Spring & Summer Programs - Once the classes/camp has started NO REFUNDS will be given.
