Jr. Rocket Academy (players born between 2013 and 2016)

The philosophy of SGSA when it comes to the youth recreation program is as follows:
To promote the development of competitive youth soccer for both boys and girls.

We will attempt to offer individuals both old and young an opportunity to participate in this game and have fun while they learn to enjoy the finer points and skills. Adults directing these programs should keep in mind that we are emphasizing fun for all the players on the field.

U6 Soccer (players born in 2015 or 2016)

Practices and games are held on Saturday morning from 10am – to 11am at the Spring Grove Soccer Complex.  There are no practices during the week.  The purpose of U6 soccer is to introduce players to the game and to have fun.

U8 Soccer (players born 2013 or 2014)

Practices are held one night per week for 60 – 90 minutes.  Games are played on Sunday afternoon at 1:30pm or 2:30pm.  The purpose is to introduce more individual skills and begin to prepare players for travel soccer in a fun non-competitive environment.

$80/ player (any uniform costs are extra)


Spring Grove Soccer Association (SGSA) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and depends entirely on parent volunteers to ensure the operation and success of our soccer programs. When you register a child in one of our programs you become a member of our club. Each family is expected to volunteer in some capacity each season to continue our club’s success.  Since our club consists completely of volunteers, we are always in need of new volunteers to help the club continue to grow. As kids move through the program, so do the parents making the need for new volunteers especially important.

We are always looking for volunteers. If you are looking to help out (and don't have a child in the program) or you forgot to volunteer when you were completing your registration, that's okay; just click here to let us know you'd like to volunteer.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be given only if:

1. The rosters have not been formed. Rosters for the Fall season are formed by July 1st.
2. No refund requests will be considered after July 1st for the Fall season.
3. All refund requests must be made in writing outlining the reason for the request. Decisions regarding refunds will be made at the monthly board meeting. The parents requesting the refund are invited to attend the monthly board meeting. Board meeting are held on the second Thursday of each month.
4. Any refund that is issued will be subject to a $5.00 administrative fee for processing.
