The Prettyboy Recreation Council serves the northern Baltimore County area with a wide variety of activities for children and adults. The PRC is a non-profit organization qualified under IRS section 501(c)(3).

Registration deadline is Monday, October 11, 2021
If you are unable to register online and need assistance, please contact one of the league's co-commissioners, detailed above.
As a recreational sporting program, equal playing (to the best of the coaches ability) time will be assured.
Season Schedule
1st - 5th Grades: November 1, 2021 - January 28, 2022
Registration Cost
On or Before October 11, 2021
Clinic - $85.00 per player
2nd-5th Grade Leagues - $105.00 per player
On or After October 12, 2021 (IF THERE ARE SPACES AVAILABLE)
Clinic - $105.00 per player
2nd-5th Grade Leagues - $125.00 per player
Due to limited gym time and the ever growing size of the Rec Basketball program, registering during the enrollment window (now through October 11, 2021) is the only way for your child to be guaranteed a spot in the program.
Any attempt to register after October 11, 2021 is at the sole discretion of the Rec Basketball commissioner.
Registrations permitted after October 11, 2021 are considered Late Registrations and are subject to a $20.00 late fee and potential waitlisting.
Notice for Travel Basketball
ANY PLAYER TRYING OUT FOR, OR PLAYING IN, ANY TRAVEL LEAGUE MUST PROVIDE NOTIFICATION WHEN REGISTERING FOR REC. LEAGUE BASKBETBALL.
Generally, Travel team players fall into two categories with regards to Rec. League Basketball:
A. those that try out for a Travel team but WILL NOT play Rec. League Basketball if they make the Travel team; or
B. those that try out for a Travel team, but WILL play Rec. League Basketball even if they make the Travel team.
IF you fall into category "A" listed above (i.e. you WILL NOT play Rec. League Basketball if you make a PRC Travel Team), you are advised to wait until after Travel team tryouts and cuts have been made until you sign up for Rec. League Basketball. PRC Boys and Girls Travel team tryouts and cuts are scheduled to be completed by October 9, 2021.
If you fall into category "B" above and intend to play Rec. League Basketball even if you make Travel team roster, then you are encouraged to sign up for Rec. League Basketball any time prior to October 9, 2021.
Late Registrations & Late Fees
Registrations made on or after October 11, 2021 are considered Late Registrations. Late registrations will be wait listed and must be processed through a Commissioner. Please understand that space for late registrants is not guaranteed.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued after practices begin. Any canceled registrations, or requests for refunds, are subject to a $10.00 league processing fee and any applicable credit card/registration service processing fees.
