Modified Program Rules

• The PRC tennis chairperson has the right to cancel court time.
• There will not be make up times available if the courts are cancelled for any reason.
• All court time is subject to sharing of the court time. You will be made aware when this will occur.
• There is a minimum number of full time team members required to fill a team.
• The PRC chairperson has the right to add any additional player.
• Only registered subs will be allowed to participate in court time.
• The PRC chairperson has the right to terminate any player or team should any rule not be followed.
• At no time will any team or individual collect money from any participant for ANY reason.

Additional Program Rules

• All Participants must be registered players with PRC.
• Any Substitutes for any program must be approved and a signed waiver must be on file with the tennis chairperson Tina. No player will be allowed access to these courts without proper paperwork and WILL BE TURNED AWAY by the front desk staff if said paperwork is not completed in advanced. You will NOT be able to fill out said paperwork at the door.
• There is no sharing of the courts with any registered on non-registered players.
• New county guidelines and rules have been established this season. Failure to follow all of these rules would result in a loss of your court time.
• At no time are tennis professionals allowed on the courts if they are not part of the PRC program.

Program Guidance

• Before registering for any program, contact the tennis chairperson (Tina thunderstorm845@gmail.com) to see which program will work best for you. Registering for a program that might be full or already assigned would result in a $10.00 reversal of transaction fee.
• All subs must be registered by August 30, 2014. Any subs that need to register after this date must contact the Tennis chairperson at thunderstorm845@gmail.com (a limited amount of subs are allowed per block time).
• At no time will any fees be collected by any block time captain or representative. The only fee that will be allowed would be a ball fee. This fee is a one-time fee and would be divided equally between all registered players. There is no sharing or sub-leasing of the courts. All PRC rules of conduct are to be followed. Failure to follow these rules will result in an automatic dismissal of your block time without refunds.
• There is a minimum of participants needed to secure a block time.
• New county guidelines and rules have been established this season. Failure to follow any of their rules would result in a loss of your court time.

Adult Block Times

An approved group of players that share a weekly tennis court reservation. If you have questions about your eligibility to play, please contact Tina to ascertain your eligibility status. (If you are not eligible and you register anyway, your registration will be canceled and your money refunded minus a $10.00 administrative fee for processing.)

Adult Part Time (Run In Play) and Adult Substitute Players

Please use the appropriate session to register for your Adult Run In Play or Adult Substitute Player status. You will need permission (a code) from her to play.

Refund Policy

Any refund that is issued will be subject to a $10.00 administrative fee.

Weather Policy

Should a day be canceled for weather-related (or NERRC administrative) reasons, make-up dates are not guaranteed. The Parkville Tennis program will do what it can to attempt to reschedule canceled dates, but they are not guaranteed. It is the responsibility of the block time players to check the status of operations with nerrc due to weather or other issues.
