Fall Volleyball at the Parkville Rec Gym

LOCATION: 8601 Harford Road, Parkville, Maryland 21234

DATES: Starts the week of September 2, 2025 and runs for 10 weeks. Tuesday and/or Thursday sessions.

Tuesday Parkville Clinic Volleyball is an instructional clinic designed to teach volleyball basics. Players will be taught basic skills of passing, setting, serving & hitting. Some mini-games will be played as well during the class, in order to learn sportsmanship, communication and basic rotation/rules of the game. Great exercise and opportunity to learn a wonderful lifetime sport as well as make some friends and socialize. Players should wear athletic clothing and be ready to run, jump and play.

Thursday Parkville Youth Volleyball League - For experienced volleyball players. Teams will be formed and times will vary from week to week. Games are 6pm, 7pm or 8pm. Details will depend on registration. *Note: Thursday is mixed level league. Anyone new/less experience players may be placed on a "development team" in order to build confidence and provide the best experience for all players. Players should know their volleyball skills (pass, set, hit, serve) and be able to bump to themselves at least 15 times consecutively and serve over the net consistently. Players who are not experienced may be moved to Tuesday clinic.

Options Available:
MULTIPLE SESSIONS: For Fall season, players may sign up for both lessons (Tuesday) and league (Thursday) if they wish to play 2x a week. You will receive a $10 discount for multi-session signups.

Tuesday Clinic - $105 - 5th grade thru High School
6pm - Younger/Beginner
7pm - Mixed/Intermediate
8pm - Older Intermediate/Advanced

Thursday League - $105 - 7th Grade and Up
Game times will vary
Schedule to be distributed after Week 1 (Team Selections)
Games are between 6-9 PM, 1 hour/week
