Registration Pricing

"Early Bird" Registration through 11/01/2025
- $100 per wrester (or $80 per wrestler if you register 2+ wrestlers in the same transaction)

"Regular" Registration after 11/01/2025
- $125 per wrester (or $100 per wrestler if you register 2+ wrestlers in the same transaction)

Volunteer Information

Spring Grove Pinners is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and depends entirely on volunteers to ensure the operation and success of our wrestling program and events. Each family is expected to volunteer in some capacity each season to continue our club’s success.

This year we will be having families write a post-dated check for $100 that will be returned to them at the end of the season based upon the completion of 2 volunteer slots per family (this does not apply to donation items). Help us help your wrestlers by volunteering your time!

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only if:

1. A wrestler fails to make a team or if there are an insufficient number of registered wrestlers to field a team in a particular age group. A full refund will be given.
2. A wrestler moves from the area after registration but prior to being placed on a roster. Subject to a $5 administrative processing fee.
3. A wrestler suffers a season ending injury after registration but prior to being placed on a roster. Subject to a $5 administrative processing fee.
4. Rosters/Teams have not been formed. No refund requests will be considered after rosters/teams have formed.
5. All refund requests must be made in writing outlining the reason for the request. Decisions regarding refunds will be made at the monthly board meeting. The parents requesting the refund are invited to attend the monthly board meeting.
