Program Information

Location: NERRC (North Eastern Recreation Regional Center) 

7501 Oakleigh Road, Baltimore, MD 21234 (off Perring Parkway)

Seasons: There are two sessions, subject to weekday and holiday schedules:

• Summer Session: June 2 through August 31, 2025 (approximately 13 weeks)

Summer 2025 Session Donations (required):

• $35 per person

FURTHER NOTE: 

**Registration for Summer 2025 is now open!**

This session is for **Overlea Substitute Players** and **Family/Private Court Members** who wish to play this summer and have not yet donated for the 2024-2025 season. To be eligible to sub or play, you must be listed on the county roster and submit a $35 donation per person, as required by county policy.

**Why Register?**  

If you are not registered and on the county roster, we are not allowed to notify you to sub in summer . 

**Who Needs to Register?**

- **Substitutes:** All 2024-2025 Overlea substitutes who have not yet donated.
- **Family/Private Court Members:** Anyone who was not a regular Overlea player in the previous season.
- **Already Donated?** If you paid $90 as a regular Overlea player in September 2024, you do **not** need to register or donate again for summer.

**Block Time Availability**  

Here are the block times you are available to sub. A shared Google sheet will be sent later to all registered players so you can indicate your desired block times:

1. **Tues 6:30–8:00 pm (2 courts)** – Captain: Elena L  
2. **Wed 5:00–6:30 pm (1 court)** – Available for private  
3. **Wed 6:30–8:00 pm (1 court)** – Captain: Lingbo Z 
4. **Thurs 5:00–6:30 pm (2 courts)** – Captains: Charles C & Elena L  
5. **Sat 3:30–5:00 pm (1 court)** – Captain: Charles C  
6. **Sun 9:30–11:00 am (1 court)** – Captain: Yanning S  
7. **Sun 11:00 am–12:30 pm (2 courts)** – Captains: XingXing Z & Jen G  
8. **Sun 2:00–3:30 pm (2 courts)** – Captains: Vickie W & Lingbo Z
9. **Sun 5:00–6:30 pm (2 courts)** – Captains: Irene K & Elena L 

**Session Details:**  

There are four sessions each year: Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer, following NERRC and Baltimore County schedules. Dates are subject to holidays and NERRC schedule changes.

**Important Policies:**  

- **Court Cancellations:** Must be made at least 24 hours in advance per county policy or you may incur penalty fees and lose your reservation.
