Welcome to another season of LTRC soccer! Be sure to read this information, our registration form and rules carefully.

Fee and Uniform

$82.00 per player. Fee covers field rental, referee fees and uniform shirts and socks.

Each player will need to identofy a size for their shirt as a part of the registration process.

Attendance

If you are unable to attend more than 2 games, you will be asked to relinquish your position on the team and will be replaced by a player from the waitlist. Chronically poor attendance during the season without sufficient reason may result in exclusion from further season mailings.

Player Links

• All attempts will be made to honor the following direct familial links to play on the same team (Parent/Child, Sibling/Sibling, Spouse/Spouse). Due the complexities this creates for the draft process no guarantees can be made.
• Please include the name of a requested link on the registration form. Cousins, Uncle / Aunt / Niece / Nephew, Roommate, Friends are not be considered as required links.
• If there is a transportation issue requiring links, we MUST be notified prior to the draft.

Captains

We encourage new players to volunteer to be captains. By having new captains, we develop a dynamic program where the teams are scrambled each season and everyone is successful in developing a diverse group of friends and players as they continue to play in the league. We attempt to pair new captains with veteran captains. If you are interested in being a captain, you will be expected to attend the draft on August 19th to help choose your team, establish a lineup for each game, and ensure fair play and that the league rules are followed.

League Registration

• Veteran participants and new participants register online. There is no walk-in or mail-in registration.
• Veteran players (people who have played two or more consecutive LTRC outdoor seasons) will be given registration priority via a single-use registration code up until midnight, Friday, August 14, 2015. After that deadline, the registration code requirement will be removed and registrants will be added to the roster in the order received.

Refund Policy

There will be NO REFUNDS unless a request with explanation for such a refund is made in writing and postmarked by September 1, 2015 to:

Refund requests submitted in accordance with the terms above will be subject to review and approval on a case by case basis and will only be processed and paid if approved. Refunds will be allowed only for extraordinary circumstances such as changes in health, or relocation of residence. Refunds will not be granted for schedule conflicts or participation/registration with another activity, team or organization. Any approved refund will be subject to a $10.00 administrative fee and shall occur AFTER all registrations for the current season have been processed.

Game Times and Season Duration

• All regular season games will be played on Sunday evenings from August 30, 2015 to November 22, 2015.
• Games will be played between 4:30 PM and 11:00 PM on Sunday evenings on the lower turf field at Seminary Park, at Meadowood Park, and may also be played at surrounding grass or turf fields depending on availability.
• Make-up games may be played on a week night as field space becomes available. Playoff games are scheduled to begin Sunday, November 1, 2015 but may be held on weeknights if makeup games are necessary. The Championship game is scheduled to take place on Sunday, November 22, 2015.

Team Selection

Teams will be selected on August 19, 2015. Your team captain will contact you after this date with the time and details of your first game on August 30, 2015.

The Wait List

When all 192 spots have been filled, the wait list will begin accepting the next 20 registrants. When you register for the wait list, you will NOT be charged a fee. The wait list allows us to collect your information and if/when a spot opens up, you will receive an offer (in the order that your registered) to play.
