General Information
Open to players ages 5-18 (Juniors) and 19-and-older (Adults); for the 2023-24 season, players' age will be determined as of December 31, 2023.

All badminton activities will be held at:
Northeast Regional Recreation Center (NERRC)

Lessons are 2-on-1 for 1 hour or 1-on-1 for 30 minutes. Application is required. Priority will be given to students who have a training partner for 2-on-1 lessons. Lessons are conducted in a small group of 4-6 students for 60-90 minutes based on group size. Lessons will focus on doubles/mixed doubles disciplines - footwork, strokes, and rotation. Note that all participants may be required to alternate training time slots with others if needed. |
