All tryouts will be held at Deer Park (637 Deer Park Road, Westminster).

Tryout Fees

For this club season’s tryouts, the fees are $40.00 per player (early registration, through 05/26/2023 12:00 PM)
Regular registration fees are $65.00 per player (after 05/26/2023 12:00 PM)

How are teams formed?

Check-Hers Elite teams are based on the player's high school graduation year. All players must try out and play for their graduation team. Players are required to try out each year. Teams usually carry approximately 20 players.

Club Communication

Check-Hers Elite rosters over 200 players from many different schools in several surrounding counties. All communication will be conducted via our website and e-mail. It is the player's responsibility to stay informed and up-to-date on all Club activities.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for any funds relating to Check-Hers Elite. Monies paid are for an entire calendar year, Fall through the following summer. This includes and is not limited to, try-outs, clinics, teams, leagues, practices, tournaments, etc. Tournaments can be changed/rescheduled without notice. Tournaments can be cancelled/limited schedule/changed schedule due to COVID and/or any environmental acts of Mother Nature and/or God – No refunds will be issued. No refunds for any uniforms, apparel or special equipment.
