Session Details
Program Overview
The CMRC GIRLS Lacrosse Program will be hosting a 4-week INDOOR WINTER SKILLS AND DRILLS Session! This is for REC players only and it is held at PerformFit in Cockeysville, MD. SUNDAYS in January 2026 (Clinic/Tyker, K-2nd Grade) and SUNDAYS in February 2026 (Lightning/Middies, 3rd Grade and Older)
The goal of these sessions will be to focus on fundamentals:
- Stickwork – Passing, Catching, Shooting
- Dodging
- Defensive/Offensive Footwork
- Defensive Positioning
- Beginner and Advanced differentiated instruction*
DUE TO SPACE; we will have to limit the number of registrations per session to 40; there will be a waitlist if/when registration fills up.
Cost:
- $65 (includes all 4 sessions)
Schedule:
CLINIC/TYKER (K - 2nd Grade)
- Sundays - January 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th 6:00pm-7:00pm
LIGHTNING/MIDDIES (3rd Grade & older)
- Sundays - February 1st, 8th, 15th 6:00pm-7:00pm
- **Thursday - February 26th 6:00pm-7:00pm**

- Pockets/Clinic (in-house): 09/01/20218 thru 08/31/2020
- Tyker (travel): 09/01/2017 thru 08/31/2019
- Lightning (travel): 09/01/2015 thru 08/31/2017
- Middies (travel): 09/01/2013 thru 08/31/2015
