White Marsh Recreation is a program of the Baltimore County Department of Recreation and Parks, and the office is located at Honeygo Regional Park Community Center in Perry Hall, Maryland. The recreation programs are designed to provide a healthy and enjoyable leisure experience for children and adults. The White Marsh Recreation Council welcomes you to our neighborhood. We are a non-profit organization whose main goal is to provide recreation leisure services to our residents. This is done in a cooperative effort with Baltimore County Department of Recreation and Parks and the Baltimore County Board of Education. General Council and Board of Directors’ meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month.
