Welcome to another season of LTRC soccer! Be sure to read this information, our registration form, and rules carefully.

Fee and Uniform

$90.00 per player. Fee covers field rental, referee fees, LTRC assessments, and uniform shirts in your size.

All participants must wear the uniform shirt provided by the league for games. This supersedes any language in other documents or prior sessions. Referees may stop participants from playing if they are not wearing the correct shirt.

Attendance

If you are unable to attend more than 2 games, you will be asked to relinquish your position on the team and will be replaced by a player from the waitlist. Chronically poor attendance during the season without sufficient reason may result in exclusion from further season mailings.

Player Links

• All attempts will be made to honor the following direct familial links to play on the same team (Parent/Child, Sibling/Sibling, Spouse/Spouse). Due the complexities this creates for the draft process no guarantees can be made.
• Please include the name of a requested link on the registration form. Cousins, Uncle / Aunt / Niece / Nephew, Roommate, Friends are not be considered as required links.  This information may be used by captains when drafting, but will not guarantee placement on the same team.
• If there is a transportation issue requiring links, we MUST be notified prior to the draft. These requests will be examined on a case-by-case basis, but are not guaranteed.

Captains

We encourage new players to volunteer to be captains. By having new captains, we develop a dynamic program where the teams are scrambled each season and everyone is successful in developing a diverse group of friends and players as they continue to play in the league. We attempt to pair new captains with veteran captains. If you are interested in being a captain, you will be expected to attend the draft on February 12, 2024 to help choose your team, establish a lineup for each game, and ensure fair play and that the league rules are followed.

League Registration

• Veteran participants and new participants register online. There is no walk-in or mail-in registration.
• Veteran players (people who have played two or more consecutive LTRC outdoor seasons) will be given registration priority up until midnight, Saturday, February 3, 2024. After that deadline, all registrants will be added to the roster in the order received.

Game Times and Season Duration

• All regular season games are anticipated to be played on Sunday evenings from March 3, 2024 to May 12, 2024.
• Games are generally be played between 4:30 PM and 10:30 PM on Sunday evenings on the lower turf field at Seminary Park, Meadowood Park, Carver High School or the surrounding grass or turf fields depending on availability.
• Make-up games may be played on a week night as field space becomes available. Playoff games are scheduled to begin Sunday, May 19, 2024 but may be held on weeknights if makeup games are necessary. The Championship game is scheduled to take place on Sunday, June 16, 2024.
• There will be no games Easter Weekend (Sunday, March 31, 2024) or Memorial Day Weekend (Sunday, May 26, 2024) pending cancellations and make-ups.

Team Selection

Teams will be selected the week of February 12, 2024. Your team captain will contact you after this date with the time and details of your first game.

Refund Policy

There will be NO REFUNDS unless a request with explanation for such a refund is made in writing and postmarked by March 1, 2024 to Colin Worrall at colin.worrall@gmail.com.

Refund requests submitted in accordance with the terms above will be subject to review and approval on a case by case basis and will only be processed and paid if approved. Refunds will be allowed only for extraordinary circumstances such as changes in health, or relocation of residence. Refunds will not be granted for schedule conflicts or participation/registration with another activity, team or organization. Any approved refund will be subject to a minimum $10.00 administrative fee and shall occur AFTER all registrations for the current season have been processed.
