The Hereford Zone Recreation and Parks Council serves the northern Baltimore County area with a wide variety of activities for children and adults. The HZRPC is a non-profit organization qualified under IRS section 501(c)(3).

Program Description
This is a summer basketball program serving ages 7-17 boys. Ages 7-12 participants will play inside the Pretty Boy Elementary Gym. Ages 13-17 will play outdoors on the hard courts at Sparks Elementary. Inclement weather games will be play inside the Sparks Gymnasium. All games will be played on Monday and Wednesday nights. This is a boy's league but competitive girls are allowed to play in the 7-12 age brackets. Due to facility constraints, only 28 players will be taken per age bracket and registered on a first come first serve basis. There is a possibility that some of the Sparks games may be moved to the outdoor court at Prettyboy.

Participant's age as of August 31, 2013 will determine in which age group the player is placed.

Registration Cost
The cost for participation is $75.00 per child.

Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued after May 24, 2012. Any refund that is issues is subject to a $10.00 administrative fee.
