League Information

Uniform Information

We are getting new uniform kits this year and the price is included with your registration fee. 

Please list your player size when your register. 

The uniforms tend to run small so please guess according.  We will have sample uniform to try on during out open field nights on July 12 and 19.

We try to distribute our teams talent equally and the we like to group the 7 -8th grade girls by their future High School.

This is a recreational, teaching league and NO player will be allowed to play down in accordance with MYFHL rules.

(Clinic players do not have a uniform and will not have to pay the uniform fee; they will receive a t-shirt and socks.)

Elite Team Information (Grades 7-9)

Central Carroll Field Hockey is sponsoring an Elite 7-9 team again. Tryouts for this team will be the week of August 8.

Notes:
- All Elite team players will register for the Grade 7-9 recreation league and play both Elite and Rec.
- There is an additional $50.00 fee for those that make the Elite team. (This covers the cost of the pinnies and referees for the games.)

Central Carroll Sponsored Open Fields

We will have open fields on Wednesdays, July 20 and 27, and August 3 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Open fields are a chance to assess players and teach basic skills. These open fields give us a chance to meet the girls and will give parents a chance to see sample uniforms to confirm size selections. Please try and attend at least one night. If you cannot make it to any open fields, please let us know so we can confirm sizing with you either through email or over the phone. Our uniform order must be in by mid-July in order to get delivery in time for our season.

If you are new to field hockey, you will need a stick, cleats, shin guards, mouth guard, and goggles. (Please feel free to reach out to our coordinators or Play It Again to inquire about the equipment.)

Practice Information

The coaches generally begin their practices the week of August 15th. Registrants will be notified via e-mail when they have been scheduled. Clinic practices do not start until after Labor Day.

Clinic Information - PLEASE VOLUNTEER!

Please note, there is a limit on the number of clinic players that our program can accommodate due to limited volunteer participation. In order to expand this number and serve more kids (getting - and keeping - their interest in this great sport), we need more parent volunteers. Please consider helping the program and teaching the kids by becoming a clinic volunteer.

Materials will be provided to those who volunteer, better enabling them to achieve success.

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued after July 15, 2017. Any refund that is issued is subject to a $10.00 administrative fee.
