Recreational Basketball (for girls ages 6-17)

The girls recreational basketball program is designed for girls of all skill levels. Our goal is to teach the great game of basketball in an environment where teamwork, sportsmanship, fun and love of the game are given equal or greater weight than game outcomes.

Levels of Play

There are 4 levels of play in Catonsville Girls Rec Basketball. The ages eligible for the level of play is determined by the player's age as of December 31, 2015. The levels of play are:

• Clinic (Ages 6-8)
• League (Ages 9-10)
• League (Ages 11-12)
• League (Ages 13-17)

Play Up Rules

The older players in an age group are permitted to "Play Up." Before registering for the older age group, please be certain that your daughter is qualified to play with the older girls. The program reserves the right to move your daughter back to her appropriately age-determined league if it is evident to the program that she cannot compete at the highler level. (If your child is more than one year younger than the older age group, but you believe she should play up, please register for the age-appropriate league and then contact Roy.)

Refund Policy

Any refund that is issued will be subject to a $10.00 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after October 20, 2015.
