BOYS & GIRLS WINTER LEAGUE REGISTRATION

DIVISIONS OF PLAY

Boys & Girls Leagues - Grades 4th through 8th

  • Monday Nights - Boys 8th Grade League
  • Tuesday Nights - Girls 8th Grade League
  • Wednesday Nights - Boys 5th Grade League
  • Thursday Nights - Boys 6th Grade League
  • Friday Nights - Girls 5th Grade League | Girls 4th Grade League
  • Saturdays - 4th Grade Boys
  • Sundays - Boys 7th Grade League

Game times typically 6:00pm-7:00pm-8:00pm; however on some larger leagues, games may start at 5:30pm. Weekend Games typically start at 8:30am or 9:00am.

LEAGUE DIRECTORS

GRADE DETERMINING DATE

The league is grade based, all players play in the grade they are currently enrolled in school as of September 1st (no exceptions). Coaches are required to have proof of grade on hand for any potential challenges.

No roster changes after registration without League Coordinator approval. All players must be listed on team rosters prior to start of league.

LEAGUE FEE

$700 Per Team
** Multiple Team Discount: $25 discount per team
** Early Registration Discount $25 if completed before October 28, 2017

IMPORTANT: The registration system is default set to "credit card." If you are paying by check, "click" on the Visa option and then scroll down to select "Check" as the Payment Type. You will still need to click "Register" to process the registration, and then mail payment to the address below.

ENTRY DEADLINE

November 11, 2017

GAMES & PLAYOFFS

Leagues will begin on or around November 28, 2017 and run through February/early March 2018. Each team will play minimum of 8 games plus playoffs.

PLAYER ROSTERS

Rosters must be submitted to the League Director during the online registration process. Following Registration there will be no additions/changes to rosters. Coaches are responsible for having in their possession proof of GRADE and AGE (Birth Documents and Grade Cards) at all times during league play.

UNIFORMS & EQUIPMENT

Teams listed first are the "home team" and will wear white jerseys. Visitors will wear dark jerseys. The Home Team will provide game balls.

GAME FORMAT

Games are 20 minute halves. Clock will stop the last 2 minutes of each half. There will be a 5 minute halftime. 1st and 2nd Overtime: 2 minutes, 1 timeout. 3rd Overtime 1 minute, no timeouts. 4th and Final Overtime: No clock, sudden death, half-court jump ball.

SCORER'S TABLE

Each home team must provide an adult scorekeeper to maintain the official book for that game. Home scorekeepers must sit at the scorer's table. Visiting teams must provide the adult timekeepers for each game.

CONDUCT

Only coaches and team members listed on the roster are allowed to sit on the bench. Only 1 coach can be standing. The Head Coach is responsible for the conduct of the coaches, players, and team fans. Disruptive behavior will result in ejection from games and can lead to removal of the team from the league. Coaches, Players, Parents, and spectators must adhere to League Code of Conduct.
