Age Determinations for Spring 2024

CMRC is a member of the Maryland Youth Lacrosse Association (MYLA) and their guidelines for age groups are determined based on the player’s age as of 8/31/2023. Therefore, birthdate pre-empts grade. Player divisions as follows:

Boys Soft Stick Program (Pre-K)
Ages 3-4 (DOB: 09/01/2018 thru 08/31/2020)

Boys Clinic (K and 1st)
Ages 5-6 (DOB: 09/01/2016 thru 08/31/2018)

Boys Tykers (2nd and 3rd)
Ages 7-8 (DOB: 09/01/2014 thru 08/31/2016)

Boys Lightning (4th and 5th)
Ages 9-10 (DOB: 09/01/2012 thru 08/31/2014)

Boys Middies (6th and 7th)
Ages 11-12 (DOB: 09/01/2010 thru 08/31/2012)

Boys Juniors (8th and 9th)
Ages 13-14 (DOB: 09/01/2008 thru 08/31/2010)

Registration Costs

Soft Stick - $50 per player (includes jersey/t-shirt)
Clinic - $100 per player (includes jersey/t-shirt)
Tyker, Lightning, Middies, Junior - $200 per player + *uniform fee*

$25 discount will be applied to same-faily siblings after the first fully-paid registration

Uniforms - 

BOYS - Everyone will need a NEW uniform; new style this year. TYKER and up!
Uniforms (shorts + jersey) are $75 each.

Age Group Evaluations

We will be holding Rec team evaluations in EARLY MARCH. Evaluations are used to create competitive teams for the MYLA league. Dates and locations will be determined and communicated soon. 

Refund Policy

All refunds are subject to a $25 administrative fee to cover our costs.
