  • If you are using Internet Explorer 8, 9, or 10 on Windows 7, you can enable the newer security protocols by following these instructions:
    • On the Internet Explorer main menu, select Tools > Internet Options.
    • In the Internet Options box, select the Advanced tab.
    • In the Security category, check Use TLS 1.1 and Use TLS 1.2
    • Click OK
    • Exit and restart Internet Explorer.
