A major collaboration between the Baltimore Indoor Lacrosse League (B.I.L.L.), Premier Series Lacrosse (PSL), and the Maryland Lacrosse League (MDLL). The goal of this collaboration is to provide more opportunities to play competitive box lacrosse, by experienced lacrosse organizations, experienced box lacrosse coaching, and referees for box lacrosse players of all levels. The I-95BL aims to promote the sport and introduce training, practices, gameplay, and the culture of the sport in the right way in the summer of 2024. 

Led by Colin Fagan and Larry Fila, the MDLL, B.I.L.L., and PSL will operate out of the newly remodeled Myers Pavilion and Duburns Coppermines Arena in Baltimore, with additional locations likely to be added soon. The league will cater to boys and girls, men and women, of all ages and levels of experience. 

Colin Fagan, Co-Commissioner of I95BL, said "The I-95BL is going to be a game-changer for the Maryland box lacrosse community. With the collaboration of experienced organizations and dedicated individuals, we are excited to offer a top-notch league and training opportunities for players of all levels. This is a huge step forward for the growth and development of box lacrosse in our area. Baltimore Box Lacrosse just got 'BIG.'"

Larry Fila, the President of the PSL, expressed his satisfaction with the collaboration between MDLL, PSL, and B.I.L.L. "He stated that players enjoy the consistent play of league games and that's what the PSL is known for - organizing and running successful leagues safely and energetically. Larry believes that having the B.I.L.L., the longest-running box lacrosse league in the U.S., alongside them will help improve players' opportunities in box lacrosse and make for very competitive gameplay. He views the collaboration as a win-win-win situation for all involved parties."
